Text messages are now in the process of being sent to all students confirming the date, time and location of your first lesson.
If you do not receive a text message by 6pm on Sunday 6th September, it is likely that we do not have your correct mobile number. In this case, you will need to come in to College at 9.20am on Monday 7th September to collect your timetable from Room 15. Please also email email@example.com providing your full name, date of birth and mobile number so that we can update our records.
The process for collecting your full timetable depends on whether you are a new or returning student:
Draft timetables were issued at Freshers' Fair on Friday 4th September. If you were not able to attend Freshers' Fair, or there were any problems with your timetable on Friday, you can pick up a new copy of your draft timetable from Room 15 on Monday morning.
Please log in to your ILP when you arrive at College to see your draft timetable. If for whatever reason you cannot access your ILP, you can also pick up a copy of your timetable from Room 15.
All students will be issued with their final timetable during their first check-in session this week. Draft timetables only show your academic subjects. Final timetables will also include your check-in sessions and other E4 (Enterprise, Employability, Experience and Exercise) options which you discussed at your enrolment interview.
Please do not make any outside time commitments until you have recevied your final timetable. Check-in and E4 sessions are a compulsory part of your study programme which you must attend.
A further text message will be sent to all students on Monday 7th September confirming the date, time and location of your check-in session. Please note for some first year students this will be on Tuesday at 9.40am and for some second year students on Tuesday at 9.00am.
Issues with your Timetable?
If there are any issues with your timetable, please go to the Academic Help Desk on the Mezzanine from 9.20am on Monday where senior staff will be available to help you.
